Overview

This wall light from FARO is designed for those who want to have everything within reach by the bed without taking up space on the nightstand. The lamp has a small built-in tray where you can leave your phone or a book, as well as a USB port to charge devices while you rest. There's no need to look for a free outlet or pile objects on the nightstand surface: everything stays tidy and within reach.

The design is compact, with clean lines, in matte white. It fits effortlessly into modern bedrooms, youth rooms, or any space where order and functionality matter. The integrated 3W LED light source emits warm light at 3000K, suitable for reading or relaxing before sleep.

Installation and specifications

To install this wall light, it must be fixed directly to the wall with anchors appropriate for the surface type. It is recommended to first identify whether the wall is drywall, brick, or concrete, and use the corresponding plug in each case. Installation requires connection to the electrical network, so it is advisable to have a power point in the area where the lamp will be placed. If no such point exists, it is best to have an electrician carry out the installation.

To clean the surface of the wall light, simply use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Abrasive products or solvents that could damage the matte white aluminum finish should not be used. It is advisable to switch off and unplug the lamp before cleaning it. The tray and USB port should be kept free of dust to ensure they function correctly.

Design and use

The FARO wall light was born in response to a very specific need: in modern bedrooms, the nightstand tends to run out of space. A book, a phone, a glass of water, a charger — everything competes for the same surface. This lamp moves part of that function to the wall, freeing up the surface and leaving the room less cluttered.

The integrated tray is large enough to hold a standard-format book or a phone in a comfortable position. The USB port, located on the body of the wall light, allows you to charge the device without the need for loose cables or additional adapters along the wall. It is a detail that, once you have it, is hard to imagine doing without.

The lamp emits warm light at 3000K, a color temperature that promotes relaxation. It is not a work light or a kitchen light: it is exactly what is needed in a bedroom or a reading room when night has already fallen. The integrated 3W LED does not generate excessive heat and has a long service life.

The body is made of aluminum and steel, with a matte white finish. It is a durable material that does not warp or age poorly. Matte white is a neutral tone that does not draw attention to itself — it simply blends in. It works well alongside light-colored bedding, upholstered headboards in neutral tones, or walls painted white, gray, or any soft color. It also pairs well with light wood or white lacquered furniture.

This wall light fits naturally in double bedrooms, single rooms, and youth rooms. In a modern bedroom, installed on both sides of the bed, it creates a clean symmetrical composition without the need for large nightstands. In a smaller room, where every centimeter counts, the wall light with tray solution frees up space without sacrificing functionality.

Beyond the bedroom, this type of wall light can also make sense in hallways with seating areas or in reading corners within the living room. In wider hallways, it provides localized light and a small, useful support point. In a living room with a reading armchair, it becomes a discreet complement that does not distract from the rest of the ambiance.

The USB port adds a practical dimension that many decorative lamps do not have. It is not a visually striking element, but in daily use it makes a difference. FARO's design incorporates it without breaking the compact line of the whole.

The wall light is fixed directly to the wall, with no hanging cables. This means the final result is tidy, with no elements that interfere visually. In a room where calm is sought, that detail carries more weight than it might seem.

Questions and answers

Can the wall light tray support the weight of a thick book, or is it only suitable for a phone?

The tray is designed for light everyday objects, such as a phone, a paperback book, or a pair of glasses. It is not intended for heavy loads.

Is the integrated USB port compatible with fast chargers, or does it have a standard charging output?

The manufacturer's data does not specify the charging output of the USB port. For this specific detail, it is recommended to consult the official FARO data sheet or contact customer service.

Can the included LED be replaced if it breaks, or is it a fixed component of the wall light?

The LED light source is integrated into the lamp and is not designed to be replaced by the user. In the event of a fault, it is advisable to contact technical support.
