Design and use

The SIDE 200 wall light has a steel structure with a matte black finish. It is a solid material that does not deform easily and maintains its appearance over time. The dark colour of the base is not just an aesthetic decision: it helps the light emitted by the lamp stand out more by contrasting with the surface onto which it is projected.

The diffuser is made of opal glass. This type of glass filters the light and distributes it evenly, without creating areas of higher intensity or dark spots. The opal glass diffuser covers the light source and distributes the light evenly. The bulb is not directly exposed to view, which prevents glare and gives the whole a cleaner finish.

Does the matte black finish of the steel body require any special maintenance?
