Overview

The ETERNA wall light by FARO is an interior lamp designed for those looking for a clean and tidy result in their space. Its simple and classic style fits well in a hotel room, a private bedroom, a hallway, or any corner of the home where direct yet discreet light is needed.

The ETERNA collection was developed by Lucid with the purpose of illuminating interiors in a functional and aesthetically coherent way. This wall light includes a reader oriented to the right, making it a practical option for the reading area next to the bed. The white shade softens the light and directs it in a controlled manner, without generating glare or annoying reflections.

FARO is a brand with a long track record in the lighting industry. Its products are present in residential and interior design projects throughout Europe, and stand out for combining functionality with careful design.

Installation and specifications

For the installation of this wall light, it is recommended to have the help of an electrician. Fixing must be done on a solid surface that can support the weight of the wall light without gaps. The electrical connection must be made with the power cut off and respecting the indicated voltage of 220V–240V. The E27 LED bulb is not included, so it will be necessary to purchase it separately before starting up the lamp.

To keep the chrome finish of the steel body in good condition, it is recommended to clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the finish. The white shade can be cleaned with a dry cloth. Do not handle the bulb with bare hands and make sure the wall light is completely cool before carrying out any maintenance tasks.

Design and use

The ETERNA wall light has a body made of steel with a chrome finish. This material provides solidity to the structure and a refined appearance that is not flashy, but rather discreet. The chrome finish slightly reflects the surrounding light, giving the wall light a clean presence on the wall without visually dominating the space.

The white shade is one of the most important elements of this lamp. It filters the light from the bulb and distributes it gently towards the reading area, without generating harsh shadows or overexposed zones. The reader oriented to the right allows the lighting to be directed with precision, something that is especially appreciated in a bedroom or in a room where general light is not always sufficient.

The dimensions of the wall light, 470 mm high and 200 mm deep, make it suitable for spaces where a functional light point is needed without the element taking up too much room. It fits well in narrow hallways, on the side wall of a bed, or in any area where a floor lamp would not have a place. It can also work as supplementary lighting in a living room or dining room where the central lighting does not reach every corner with the same intensity.

The ETERNA collection was originally conceived for hospitality projects, and this shows in its construction. The materials are selected to withstand continuous use without losing their appearance. However, its classic and restrained lines make it equally valid for the domestic environment. In a bedroom, it works as a nighttime reading light without disturbing others. In a large bathroom, it can complement the main lighting above the washbasin or in a rest area. In hallways, it provides directional light that guides without overwhelming.

The E27 base accepts standard LED bulbs, giving the freedom to choose the color temperature that best suits each space. A warm light promotes relaxation in a bedroom or living room. A more neutral light is more useful in a bathroom or dining room where clarity without coldness is needed.

The wall light is installed directly on the wall, without the need for additional structures or visible supports. Once mounted, the wall remains practically clean around the wall light, which contributes to a tidy final result with no distracting elements. This lamp does not try to draw attention: it fulfills its function and lets the rest of the space breathe.

Questions and answers

Does the ETERNA wall light include the E27 LED bulb in the box?

No, the E27 LED bulb is not included. You will need to purchase it separately before installing the wall light. The socket is a standard E27, compatible with most LED bulbs available on the market.

Is the wall light reader adjustable or fixed to the right?

The reader is fixed in a rightward orientation, according to the design of the ETERNA collection. This makes it a particularly suitable option for the right side of the bed or for areas where reading is done from that position.

Is it possible to install this wall light in a bathroom?

To install any lamp in a bathroom, it is necessary to verify that the IP protection rating of the product is compatible with the specific area where it is to be placed. The technical sheet for this wall light does not indicate a specific IP rating, so it is recommended to consult an electrician before installing it in spaces with high humidity.
