Overview

BOKEN LED is a wall light from the FARO brand designed to illuminate specific areas within the home. Its articulated arm allows you to direct the light focus wherever needed — whether towards a book, a bedside table or a corner of the sofa. It is a practical lamp for the bedroom, living room or any room where a well-positioned light source is needed without resorting to a floor lamp or ceiling light.

The matte black finish gives it a clean, discreet appearance. It does not compete with the rest of the furniture, but integrates naturally. The warm 3000K light creates a calm atmosphere, ideal for rest or reading hours.

FARO is a Spanish brand with decades of experience in lighting. Its products combine functional design with quality materials, designed for everyday home use.

Installation and specifications

To install this wall light, an electrical connection point is required on the wall where it will be placed. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a qualified electrician, especially if a new outlet needs to be added. Before fixing the light, it is advisable to mark the anchor points carefully so that it is level. The product is lightweight, so most wall types — brick, plasterboard, concrete — accept fixings without complications.

To clean the lamp, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Abrasive products or solvents that could damage the matte black finish of the aluminium and steel body should not be used. Always switch the light off before cleaning and allow it to cool if it has been on for a while. Do not handle the internal electrical components.

Design and use

BOKEN LED is a wall light with an articulated arm that allows the light source to be moved according to the needs of the moment. This flexibility makes it especially useful in spaces where fixed lighting does not always deliver results. In the bedroom, for example, it allows the light to be directed towards the side of the bed where someone is reading without disturbing the other person. In the living room, it can be aimed at an improvised work area or at a picture on the wall.

The body is made from aluminium and steel, materials that provide solidity without adding unnecessary weight. At just 0.4 kg, it is a very lightweight wall light that does not require complicated anchoring. The matte black finish gives it coherence with many interior styles — from the most sober and modern to those that combine industrial elements or clean lines.

The integrated high-power LED light source emits a colour temperature of 3000K, which corresponds to warm white light. This type of lighting is pleasant during the afternoon and evening hours, when a more relaxed atmosphere is desired. It is not a light that tires the eyes, but one that works well both for rest and quiet reading.

In the living room, this wall light can complement other light sources or function as accent lighting. In the bedroom it advantageously replaces a bedside lamp, freeing up surface space. It also fits well in hallways where functional lighting is needed without overcrowding the space. Even in the bathroom, if there is a suitable wall, it can be used to illuminate a specific area without the need for a ceiling light.

The design of the articulated arm is one of the most practical features of this lamp. It allows the direction of the light to be adjusted easily, without tools, with a simple movement. This sets it apart from fixed wall lights, which always illuminate in the same direction regardless of what is happening in the space.

As for integration with the surroundings, matte black is one of the most versatile colours. It combines with white, grey or earth-toned walls. It also adapts well alongside dark wood furniture or metallic elements. In a modern room with straight lines and few decorative items, this wall light fits effortlessly. In a living room with more character, it acts as a functional detail that does not distract.

BOKEN LED is, in short, a lamp designed to meet a real need: having light where it is needed, when it is needed, without complications in installation or maintenance. Its compact size, careful finish and movable arm make it a solid option for any room in the home.
