Installation and specifications

Before using the lamp, make sure the electrical cable is not under tension or bent under the weight of other objects. Place it on a stable, level surface that can support the weight of the product. If you choose the clamp instead of the base, check that the edge of the table or panel where it is fixed has adequate thickness and strength to hold it securely.

To clean the wooden shade, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh or abrasive chemical products that could alter the ash wood finish. Design and use

The LOOP lamp has a structure that starts from a round steel base, rises through a metal arm and ends by embracing the ash wood shade. That final gesture — the arm wrapping around the shade — is what gives the series its name and makes the piece instantly recognisable. It is not merely a decorative detail: it serves a structural function that keeps the shade in position without the need for visible fixings.

The translucent ash shade filters the 2700K LED light and creates a warm atmosphere, close to the golden light of a candle, but without flickering. That colour temperature is particularly comfortable for reading at night or working without straining your eyes. The light is neither harsh nor cold, and the wood acts as a natural filter that softens the beam.

A bedside table is one of the places where this lamp works especially well. The height of 450 mm allows the light to sit at a comfortable distance for reading without causing glare. It does not take up the entire surface, and its depth of 220 mm keeps it discreet. On a small bedside table, it can be used with the round base. On a bedside table integrated into a headboard or panel, the clamp allows it to be fixed without losing surface space.

On a desk, the lamp covers the work area well without casting annoying shadows. The extendable arm and the ability to adjust the light source add versatility to suit different times of day. A desk with the LOOP does not need additional lighting for detail work or extended reading.

Questions and answers

Can the LOOP lamp be fixed with either the base or the clamp, or do you have to choose one of the two systems from the start?

The product includes both accessories. You can use it with the round base on any flat surface, or replace it with the clamp to fix it to the edge of a table or panel. Switching between one system and the other does not require any special tools.

Is the 2700K colour temperature suitable for working at night without eye fatigue?

Yes. 2700K produces a warm, golden light, similar to that of a traditional incandescent bulb. It is a temperature designed for rest and concentration environments, and is less harsh on the eyes in low ambient light conditions.

Does the ash wood shade affect the intensity of the light emitted by the lamp?

The wood acts as a diffuser and softens the light beam. The result is a enveloping illumination with no direct glare, suitable for reading or working. The included light source is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the intensity according to the time of day or the task at hand.
