Installation and specifications

Installing this lamp requires no tools or anchors. Simply place it on a stable surface — a desk, a bedside table, or a shelf — and plug it into the power outlet. It also includes a clamp accessory that allows it to be attached to the edge of a desk or headboard without taking up any support surface.

The cable should be kept free of tension and away from traffic areas. It is not recommended to place the lamp near heat sources or on unstable surfaces. To clean the body, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Do not use abrasive products or solvents on the black finish or on the PMMA diffuser.

Design and use

The INVITING lamp has an aluminium and steel body in a black finish. It is a lightweight unit — less than two kilos — that does not take up too much space on the table and is not visually bulky. The height of 860 mm makes it proportionate for both a standard bedside table and a work desk or living room furniture.

The articulated head is the central element of this lamp. It can be oriented on its horizontal axis and also tilted vertically, allowing the light to be directed exactly where it is needed. When used as a reading lamp next to the bed, the head can point toward the book without illuminating the entire room. When placed on a desk, it can be focused toward the work area without affecting the rest of the space. That adjustability is what makes INVITING useful in very different situations within the same bedroom or living room.

The color temperature ranges from 2700 K — a warm light, similar to that of a traditional bulb — up to 4800 K, which is a more neutral and clear light. The change is made by turning a wheel on the head itself. The intensity is regulated by sliding the upper ring along the body. Both controls are physical and direct, with no need for a remote or touch screen. This makes the lamp simple to use for anyone, with no learning curve.

The transparent PMMA diffuser allows light to pass through cleanly. There is no excessive dispersion or loss of direction. The integrated LED source consumes 6 W and is included, so the lamp is ready to use from the very first moment.

The black finish gives this lamp a certain aesthetic versatility. It works well in modern or Nordic-style interiors, but also in more industrial or understated environments. On a light wood table, it contrasts effortlessly. Alongside metallic materials or dark fabrics, it blends in discreetly. It does not draw unnecessary attention, but it does not go unnoticed either.

In the bedroom it can be placed on the bedside table as a replacement for a conventional bedside lamp or as a complement to the general ceiling lighting. In the living room, on a side table or on a shelf, it acts as a directed light point. On the desk, it provides work lighting without flickering or a fixed color temperature. The clamp accessory further expands the possibilities: it allows the lamp to be attached to a tabletop, a headboard, or any edge of suitable thickness, leaving the desk surface free.

Is it possible to use the INVITING lamp without it taking up space on the bedside table or desk?

Yes. The lamp includes a clamp accessory that allows it to be attached to the edge of a piece of furniture — a desk, a bedside table, or a headboard — without needing to rest on any surface.

Does adjusting the color temperature and intensity require any external control or remote?

No. Both adjustments are made directly on the lamp body: the intensity is regulated by sliding the upper ring and the color temperature by turning a wheel integrated into the head. No additional accessories are needed.

Is the LED source included or does it need to be purchased separately?

The SMD LED light source is included. The lamp arrives ready to plug in and use without needing to purchase or install any additional components.

If upon receiving the lamp you detect any manufacturing defect or damage to the product, you have 30 days to report it from the date of delivery. Each case is handled individually.
