Installation and specifications

Before installing this ceiling lamp, make sure the ceiling support or electrical box can hold the weight of the assembly. The multiple ceiling rose requires that the electrical installation has a single centralised outlet from which the five light points are distributed. It is recommended to seek the help of an electrician if you have no prior experience with this type of installation. Always disconnect the power before starting any work on the ceiling.

To clean the ceramic shade, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the finish. Questions and answers

Is the oval ceramic shade identical in all units, or can there be small differences?

Since it is handmade in a workshop in Barcelona, each shade may show slight variations in texture or finish. These are not defects, but the natural result of the artisanal process.

Does the multiple ceiling rose with 5 lights require five independent connection points in the ceiling?

No. The ceiling rose connects from a single point in the ceiling and distributes the five lines internally. You only need one standard electrical outlet at the installation point.

Is the lamp compatible with dimmer switches?

It depends on the LED bulb you choose. The luminaire itself supports up to 15 W per light point with an E27 socket, but compatibility with a dimmer depends on the specifications of each bulb. Check the bulb manufacturer's instructions before installing a dimmer switch.

If upon receiving the product you detect any manufacturing defect, you have 30 days to report it. Write to us with a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the item's condition.
