Design and use

The TATAWIN S family was born from the work of designer Adolfo Abejón, who took the characteristic architecture of Tataouine as his starting point. The oval shade of each lamp reproduces the rounded shapes of the dwellings of that region, with a result that is recognisable without being excessive. It is not a shape that imitates or makes an obvious reference to its origin, but simply works well as a volume suspended in space.

The body of this pendant lamp is made of steel with a black finish, giving it solidity and a clean appearance. The shade is made of glossy black glass, a material that adds reflection and visual depth. This combination of matte steel and glossy glass creates a subtle contrast that integrates well with interiors of different styles, from the most orderly and contemporary to spaces with a mix of materials such as wood or iron.
