Design and use

The MAMBO lamp has an oval rattan shade that filters light in a natural way. The rattan weave is not entirely uniform, and this causes the light passing through the shade to cast a soft pattern on the nearby walls and ceiling. It is not a direct or harsh light. It is the kind of light that subtly changes the atmosphere of the room without you having to do anything else.

The oval shade measures 210 mm, a format that works well both on its own and grouped together. The tensioner is designed to redirect the cable when the ceiling point does not coincide with the desired position. Does the oval rattan shade affect the type of light emitted by the lamp?

Yes. Rattan is a material with small gaps in its weave, so part of the light from the E27 LED bulb passes through the oval shade and projects soft patterns around it. It does not concentrate light downward like a closed shade, but rather distributes it in several directions with varying intensity.

Does this ceiling lamp accept any E27 bulb or are there restrictions?

The socket is E27, compatible with most LED bulbs of that format. The maximum admitted power is 15 W. Using a bulb with higher power can damage the lamp and is not recommended by the manufacturer. The bulb is not included with the product.
