Design and use

The SLOT 200 is an outdoor stake with a black aluminum body and a transparent glass diffuser. Does the transparent glass diffuser affect the color temperature emitted by the LED?

No. Being transparent, the diffuser does not alter the emitted light, so the 3000K from the COB LED reaches the outside without any changes in tone or intensity.
