Installation and specifications

To install this outdoor stake, the support must be driven into the ground at the desired point. It is advisable to choose a location where the cable can reach from a protected outdoor outlet. Underground electrical wiring must be carried out with cable suitable for outdoor use and buried at the depth required by local regulations. If you do not have experience with outdoor electrical installations, it is recommended to hire an electrician.

The aluminum body requires no special maintenance. Simply clean it occasionally with a damp cloth to remove accumulated dust or dirt. Avoid using abrasive products that could damage the finish. Do not handle the luminaire while the installation is connected to the mains.

Design and use

The CLAP 630 stake has a design that prioritizes discretion above all else. The aluminum body is slim, low-profile, and in black blends into the vegetation without drawing attention. At 38 degrees, the projector does not scatter light in all directions: it directs it. It does not change the effect on the illuminated surface, but it improves the comfort of those in the space.

It depends on the distance between the spotlight and the plant. At a short distance, the 38° beam covers a specific area with good intensity. If placed further away, the beam covers a larger surface but with less concentration. For medium-sized plants in a garden, it usually works well by placing the stake between 30 and 60 centimeters from the base.

Is the included COB LED light source replaceable?

Can the black aluminum body lose color with exposure to sun and rain?

The black finish on aluminum is designed for outdoor use and withstands continuous exposure well. With occasional cleaning using a damp cloth, it remains in good condition for years.
