Installation and specifications

For installation, a 24V DC transformer or power supply is required, as the lamp does not work directly with the standard 220V domestic electrical mains. Before driving the stake into the ground, check that there are no cables or pipes underground. The base plate facilitates fixing, but on very soft ground it may be necessary to compact the area slightly before installing it.

To keep the surface in good condition, simply clean the aluminium body with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive products that could damage the rust brown finish. Design and use

The CLAP 630 with S plate is a ground beacon that combines functionality with a coherent visual presence in outdoor spaces. The aluminium body gives it a resistant structure without adding excessive weight. The rust brown finish integrates well with natural environments: gardens with vegetation, stone paths, terrace edges with rustic materials or areas with aged wood. It is not meant to stand out during the day, but works primarily when night falls.

The lantern, at 630 mm in height, has a moderate presence. It does not get lost among the vegetation, but neither does it dominate the space. This proportion makes it suitable for aligning along a garden path, flanking the entrance of a home or visually delimiting a patio or terrace area. No. This luminaire operates at 24V DC, so it requires an external power supply or transformer to convert the mains voltage to that level. This component is not included and must be purchased separately.

What is the S plate included with this model for?

The base plate widens the stake's support area on the ground. It is especially useful on irregular or soft terrain, where a stake without a plate could tilt or sink over time. It improves stability without the need to anchor the beacon to a concrete base.

Is the 38-degree beam angle suitable for illuminating a garden path?

Yes. A 38-degree angle projects light in a concentrated manner onto the ground and the immediate area around the stake. By placing several beacons in a row at regular intervals, a continuous line of lighting is achieved that guides movement without causing glare.
