Design and use

The FOLD wall light is part of an indoor lighting collection developed by Nutcreatives for FARO. The series takes its name from the way the structure folds and projects toward the diffuser, creating a clean, geometric silhouette that fits with straight-lined interiors.

The body is made of steel with a matte black finish. This type of finish does not reflect light directly, which helps maintain a uniform and discreet appearance on the wall. It is a color that pairs well with white, grey, or earth-toned walls, and also works on darker surfaces when a subtle contrast is desired. The fabric shade softens the light and prevents direct glare, which is especially pleasant in a bedroom or a living room where a calmer atmosphere is sought.

One of the most practical features of this wall light is the switch integrated into the base. It does not depend on a plug or a wall switch to operate independently. Does the FOLD wall light include an E27 LED bulb at the time of purchase?

No, the bulb is not included. The wall light is compatible with E27 screw cap LED bulbs, with a maximum power of 15 W. You can choose the color temperature you prefer depending on the use and the space where you plan to install it.

Does the built-in switch replace the wall switch or does it operate independently?

The switch built into the base of the wall light operates independently. It allows you to turn the lamp on and off directly from the body itself, without needing to use the wall switch. It is especially useful in the bedroom or in any room where you want to control the light conveniently.

Could the 220 mm depth be a problem in narrow hallways?

It depends on the width of the hallway. The wall light protrudes 220 mm from the wall. In hallways with standard width this does not usually represent an obstacle, but it is advisable to measure before purchasing to make sure it does not interfere with the passage.
