No, the light source is not included. The lamp is designed to work with an 18W, 2200K LED module, but this must be purchased separately.

Does the opal diffuser prevent you from seeing the LED directly when lit?

Yes. The opal polycarbonate diffuser disperses the light before it exits, so the LED light point is not visible when looking at the lamp while it is on. The light it emits is diffuse and uniform.

Can this oval lamp be installed in series to create a linear composition on the ceiling?

Yes. Its narrow format and frameless design make it compatible with multiple aligned installations. Several units placed on the ceiling at regular intervals create an ordered and coherent lighting effect that reinforces the sense of spaciousness in the room.
