Installation and specifications

Before installing the lamp, check that the ceiling point where it will be fixed has sufficient capacity to support the weight of the assembly. The ceiling box must be properly anchored and have an adequate electrical connection. The suspension cable is long, so it is advisable to adjust the height before permanently fixing the ceiling canopy. If you do not have experience with electrical installations, it is recommended to use an electrician. Remember that the LED bulb with E27 socket is not included and must be purchased separately.

To clean the papyrus shade, use a dry or slightly damp cloth, without abrasive products. The matte black steel body can be cleaned with a soft cloth to avoid marks. Do not wet the lamp or expose it to direct moisture. Always turn off the light and wait for it to cool down before handling it.

Design and use

The CONGA pendant lamp has an oval silhouette that stands out without drawing too much attention. The shade, made of white papyrus, has a slightly organic texture reminiscent of natural materials such as wicker or rattan, although its finish is cleaner and more uniform. This quality means that the light it emits is diffuse and enveloping, without hard edges or marked shadows on the walls. It is the type of lighting that makes a room look tidy and calm.

The matte black steel body is solid and has a contained weight, just under two kilos, which makes installation easy without the need for special reinforcements in the ceiling. Questions and answers

Is the papyrus diffuser durable or does it deteriorate over time?

The papyrus used in the shade is a material treated for use in interior luminaires. It is not exposed to moisture or direct sunlight under normal conditions, so it maintains its appearance with basic care: cleaning with a dry cloth and avoiding impacts or pressure on the surface.

Is the lamp compatible with standard E27 bulbs on the market?

Yes, the E27 socket is one of the most common. Any LED bulb with that socket and a maximum power of 15 W is compatible. The bulb is not included in the package, so it must be purchased separately before installation.

Can the height of the suspension cable be adjusted?

The total height of the assembly is 2052 mm, but the cable can be gathered and adjusted during installation to adapt the position of the lamp to the ceiling of each space. It is advisable to define the desired height before permanently fixing the ceiling box.
