Preparation and installation. This wall light is fixed directly to the wall using the included anchor points. Before installing the lamp, it is necessary to cut the power supply at the main panel. It is recommended that the connection be carried out by a qualified electrician, especially for installations on facades or in areas where the wiring must be protected against moisture. The wall light is compatible with standard voltage 220V-240V and does not require an additional transformer.

Use and care. The aluminium surface can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Abrasive products or solvents that could damage the dark grey finish should not be used. The transparent glass diffuser can be gently cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Since the lamp has IP54 protection, it is prepared to withstand water splashes and dust, but should not be submerged or exposed to direct high-pressure water jets.

The TOND 2L wall light is made from die-cast aluminium, a material that combines lightness and strength. The total weight of the assembly is just 0.58 kg, making installation straightforward without the need for complex anchoring. The dark grey housing has a sober finish that adapts well to concrete, stone, or modern cladding surfaces, without imposing a specific style.

The lamp emits light in two directions simultaneously, upward and downward, creating a washing effect on the wall or column where it is installed. This is particularly useful on textured facades, as the grazing light reveals the relief of the surface and gives it visual depth. It also works well at entrances, doorways, or passageways where the aim is to mark the route with defined points of light.

The fixture uses COB LED technology with a colour temperature of 2700K, which corresponds to warm light. The luminaire is bidirectional, meaning it emits light both upward and downward simultaneously. This allows lighting effects to be created on facades and columns, highlighting the texture of the surface in both directions.

Is IP54 protection sufficient for installation on a facade exposed to rain?

Yes. The IP54 rating indicates that the wall light is protected against dust and water splashes from any direction. It is suitable for outdoor installation under normal weather conditions. Exposure to direct water jets or immersion is not recommended.

Is the LED light source included or does it need to be purchased separately?

The light source is included. The wall light incorporates a 2x6 W COB LED ready to use from the moment of installation, with no need to purchase additional bulbs.
