Installation and specifications

Before installing the wall light, make sure the electrical supply is completely shut off at the main panel. The wall light is fixed directly to the wall using the included anchors or those compatible with the bracket. Check that the surface where you are going to mount the lamp is solid and level. The electrical connection must be carried out by a qualified electrician, especially for outdoor installations. Verify that the existing wiring is compatible with the wall light's voltage (100 V – 240 V). Remember that the GU10 LED bulb is not included and must be purchased separately before installation.

To clean the aluminium body, use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that may damage the matte black finish. The glass diffuser can be cleaned with a dry cloth or one slightly dampened with water. Do not direct jets of water directly onto the lamp. Periodically inspect the anchors and the wall fixing to ensure the wall light remains secure.

Design and use

The FARO outdoor wall light combines die-cast aluminium with a transparent glass diffuser. Aluminium is a material that responds well to outdoor conditions: it does not oxidise easily, maintains its shape under temperature variations, and is lightweight, which makes wall mounting easier without the need for additional reinforcements. Questions and answers

Is this wall light compatible with any GU10 bulb or only with GU10 LED?

The wall light accepts GU10 bulbs in general, but the indicated maximum power is 8 W. For this reason, it is recommended to use GU10 LED bulbs, which are usually below that limit and offer good light output with low consumption.

Is the glass diffuser removable to replace the bulb?

Yes. The glass diffuser allows access to the spotlight for replacement. Being transparent, it is also possible to visually check the condition of the bulb without needing to handle the wall light.

Can the wall light be installed on a wall directly exposed to sunlight for several hours a day?

The die-cast aluminium body tolerates prolonged sun exposure well. The matte black finish does not create reflections in sunlight and the material does not deform from heat under normal outdoor use conditions in temperate climates.
