Installation and specifications

Preparation and installation. This luminaire is fixed to the ground using the stake included in the design. Before installing it, check that the ground has no cables, pipes or underground elements in the insertion area. It is recommended that the electrical connection be carried out by a qualified professional, especially for outdoor installations. The working voltage is 100V to 240V, making it compatible with the standard electrical grid in Spain and in most countries.

Use and maintenance. The black aluminium surface can be cleaned with a damp cloth and without abrasive products. Avoid the use of solvents or aggressive chemical products that may damage the finish. Periodically check the insertion base to ensure the fixture remains firm, especially after heavy rain or in soft ground.

Design and use

The BROT 600 stake has a height of 810 mm, placing it at a distance from the ground sufficient to project light onto the surrounding vegetation without being obscured by medium-sized plants. Its profile is narrow — 120 mm in length and 85 mm in depth — giving it a discreet presence in the garden during the day and a clear function at dusk.

The body is made of aluminium with a matte black finish. This material withstands the typical outdoor conditions well: temperature variations, humidity and prolonged exposure to the elements. Black, in addition to being a colour that suits different garden styles, has the advantage of not accumulating visible dirt easily and of blending in without drawing attention in environments with vegetation or dark stone.

The light source is a 7W SMD LED with a colour temperature of 2700K. That warm tone is the most common in residential terraces and gardens because it is reminiscent of traditional incandescent light and does not produce the bluish coldness that can feel uncomfortable in spaces intended for rest. The LED is included, so the product is ready to use from the very first moment.

One of the most useful features of this model is the ability to orient the head. This allows the lighting angle to be adjusted according to the surroundings: a tall plant, a shaped shrub, a stretch of stone path or the side of a wall. In areas where conventional bollards only illuminate downwards, this stake offers more possibilities without the need to install an additional spotlight.
