Installation and specifications

For installation, it is advisable to use anchors suited to the type of wall, whether brick, concrete, or render. The wall light is surface-mounted, with no need for recessing. Before connecting, make sure the circuit is de-energised. If you have no experience with outdoor electrical installations, it is preferable to have an electrician carry out the work.

To clean the lamp, use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the aluminium housing or the polycarbonate diffuser. Design and use

The body of this wall light is made from die-cast aluminium, a material that withstands prolonged exposure to outdoor conditions without warping or losing its finish. The matte white is not merely an aesthetic choice: it is a finish that conceals dust and minor everyday scuffs better than glossy surfaces.

The transparent polycarbonate diffuser allows light to pass through without filtering it excessively. This enables the lamp to clearly illuminate the area where it is installed, which is exactly what is needed at an entrance, in a garden, or on a terrace. There is no excessive diffusion effect or shadow zones within the beam.

The 3000K colour temperature produces a warm light, similar to that of a traditional incandescent bulb. In the garden or on a facade, that tone creates a pleasant atmosphere without being too cold or too yellow. For nighttime signage and orientation, it is a balanced choice.

The included 9W SMD LED comes already mounted with its driver inside the luminaire. This greatly simplifies installation: you arrive, connect, and fix the wall light to the wall. There is no need to calculate compatibility or look for an external driver. The fixture operates directly from the domestic mains between 220V and 240V.

At just 42 mm deep, the lamp barely protrudes from the wall. This is a practical detail in narrow corridors, access points with limited width, or any space where a bulky wall light would look out of place. The weight of 0.68 kg makes fixing straightforward without the need for special supports.

On a terrace with a light-coloured floor, the white tone of the wall light blends in without standing out too much. Next to plants or vegetation, the contrast between the white of the lamp and the green of the garden works well without being eye-catching. Although this lamp does not incorporate a motion sensor or solar panel, its fixed installation and direct mains connection guarantee stable light at all times. For those who need lighting to be always available upon arriving home, without depending on sufficient sunlight to charge a battery, this is precisely the right solution. An external motion sensor can be added to the circuit if automated switching is desired.

Is the driver for the LED light source included in the wall light or does it need to be purchased separately?

The driver is included inside the luminaire. It is not necessary to purchase it separately or make any additional adaptations before installing the wall light.

Does the lamp have an integrated motion sensor or does it only work with manual switching or an external timer?

This lamp does not incorporate a motion sensor. Switching depends on the switch or control system you have installed in the circuit. If you need motion detection, you can add an external detector to the electrical circuit.

Can the transparent polycarbonate diffuser yellow over time due to sun exposure?

Polycarbonate can be affected by prolonged exposure to intense sunlight over the years. To reduce this effect, it is advisable to place the wall light in areas where it does not receive direct sunlight for many hours a day, such as north-facing facades or those protected by an overhang.
