Installation and specifications

Preparation and installation. This wall light is fixed directly onto the wall using anchors at the base of the body. Before installing, check that the surface is solid and that the light point is correctly enabled for outdoor use. The connection must be made by a qualified electrician or a person with basic electrical installation knowledge. Make sure to cut the power before starting any assembly work. The working voltage is 220V-240V, compatible with the standard electrical grid in Spain and Europe.

Use and maintenance. Clean the surface of the wall light with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the satin finish of the steel. The PMMA diffuser can be cleaned with a soft cloth to maintain its transparency. Do not handle the lamp while it is on or connected to the power supply.

Design and use

The KAULA wall light has a compact, horizontal design that adapts well to different types of wall: exposed brick, render, stone, or smooth surfaces. Its body is made of 316L stainless steel, a material known for its resistance to corrosion, especially in humid environments or with exposure to sun and rain. This type of steel is commonly used in coastal environments or in areas with high humidity, making it a solid option for any garden or terrace.

The satin stainless finish gives the wall light a clean and discreet appearance. It does not reflect excessive light, which avoids annoying glare during the day. At the same time, this finish provides enough visual presence so that the lamp does not go unnoticed as a decorative element on the facade or exterior wall.

The diffuser is made of PMMA with an opal finish. This material distributes light evenly, without creating points of maximum intensity or shadowed areas. The colour temperature is 3000K, a warm tone perceived as similar to traditional incandescent light. This type of light is pleasant for outdoor use in the evening and nighttime hours, without being too cold or too yellow.

The light source is SMD LED, included as standard. With a total power of 9W spread across two modules, the wall light provides functional outdoor lighting without high energy consumption. Since the LED is integrated, there is no need to replace bulbs periodically.

As for dimensions, KAULA is a small-format wall light: 100 mm high, 100 mm long, and 52 mm deep. The body is made of 316L stainless steel, a material with high corrosion resistance. This makes it suitable for installation in outdoor areas exposed to rain, ambient humidity, or environments close to the sea.

Is the LED light source included or does it need to be purchased separately?

The LED lamp is included as standard. The wall light incorporates SMD LED modules with a total power of 9W and a colour temperature of 3000K, so there is no need to purchase any additional bulbs.

Does the KAULA wall light have an integrated motion sensor?

No, the wall light does not include a motion sensor. If automatic activation is desired, an external detector compatible with the home's electrical installation can be fitted.
