Installation and specifications

Design and use

The wall light has a round base that rests against the wall, from which the diffuser with the integrated COB LED light source protrudes. This compact construction makes it suitable for spaces where a bulky lamp is not desired, but a clear and continuous light is. The unit measures 120 x 120 mm at the base and 70 mm in depth, making it a discreet option that still performs its function well.

The body is made of PC, a technical plastic resistant to impact and stable against temperature changes. The diffuser is made of opaline PMMA, which disperses light evenly and avoids the bright spot effect that occurs when a light source is viewed directly. This is especially useful in a garden or on a terrace where people move close to the lamp and glare would be bothersome.

The matte white finish of the body works well on light-colored walls and also contrasts cleanly on darker surfaces or stone. It has no reflections or shine that draw attention during the day. Can the PMMA diffuser yellow with prolonged exposure to sunlight?

PMMA is a material with good resistance to UV radiation compared to other plastics. Over time it may show some variation, but it is a common material in outdoor luminaires precisely because of its stability.

Is this wall light compatible with external motion sensor systems?

The lamp itself does not include a sensor or detector. If you want to add that function, you should consult an electrician to find out whether it is possible to integrate an external sensor into the installation circuit.
