Installation and specifications

The stake is inserted into firm ground or soft substrates, making sure it is stable before connecting. It is advisable to plan the cable route before driving in the stake to avoid tension at the connection.

The aluminium body requires no special maintenance, but the glass diffuser should be cleaned with a damp cloth when dust or dirt accumulates. Avoid using abrasive products that could scratch the surface. Although the IP65 protection guards against rain and dust ingress, it is not recommended to submerge the luminaire or expose it to direct pressurised water jets.

Design and use

The FOC 210 integrates into the ground without taking up unnecessary visual space. Its elongated silhouette, 460 mm in height, remains discreet during the day and takes centre stage when night falls. The dark grey finish allows it to blend well with stone, gravel or earth paving, without drawing attention when it is not switched on.

The body is made of aluminium, a material resistant to temperature changes and to the corrosion that can appear in outdoor environments with humidity. It is a material that performs well over time, especially in areas with frequent rain or marked seasonal variations. The transparent glass diffuser allows the light to emerge cleanly, without excessive diffusion, which reinforces the spotlight's ability to concentrate the beam at a point.

The adjustable head is one of the most useful aspects of this luminaire. It allows the direction of the beam to be adjusted without moving the stake from the ground. If you want to illuminate a tree from below, a specific pot or the edge of a path, simply tilt the head in the right direction. That flexibility means the projector can be repositioned when the layout of the garden changes or when new elements are added to the space.

This model can be combined with other outdoor luminaires from the same line to create a coherent lighting scheme throughout the space. It also works well alongside wall lanterns or sconces, distributing light points between the ground and higher levels to avoid shadowed areas.

Is the stake suitable for areas with frequent rain?

Yes. The FOC 210 has IP65 protection, which means it is protected against dust and rainwater. It is suitable for outdoor use in normal weather conditions.

Does the adjustable head allow the angle to be adjusted after the stake has been installed in the ground?

Yes. The head can be tilted once the stake is already fixed in place, allowing the direction of the light beam to be adjusted without needing to move the luminaire from the ground.

Is the COB LED light source included or does it need to be purchased separately?

The light source is included as standard. No additional components need to be purchased for the luminaire to function.
