CUCA 650 is an outdoor stake designed for gardens, patios and terraces where lighting is part of the atmosphere just like any other decorative element. Its arched silhouette, topped by a small opal glass sphere, makes the light points appear suspended in the air at nightfall. The black stainless steel structure blends into the darkness and practically disappears, leaving only the points of light visible.

Available in two heights, it allows you to create staggered compositions along a path, next to an entrance or among plants. This is not a simple ground beacon: it is an element that visually transforms the outdoor space and gives it its own character.

Installation and specifications

For installation, keep in mind that this luminaire operates at 24 V DC, so it requires a transformer or power supply compatible with that voltage. Before placing the stake in the ground, plan the cable routing so that it remains protected and away from traffic areas. If the garden or patio has sprinkler irrigation or wet areas, make sure the connections are well sealed and away from direct water. For compositions with multiple units, distribute the stakes before fixing them permanently and check that the cabling reaches each point with enough slack.

The black stainless steel body requires no special maintenance, but it is advisable to clean the opal glass sphere from time to time with a soft, damp cloth to maintain light quality. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the finish. Do not touch the LED source directly or attempt to replace it without consulting the manufacturer's documentation.

Design and use

The shape of CUCA 650 stems from a very specific idea: making the light source appear independent of its support. The stainless steel arc raises and displaces the glass sphere to a point away from the base, so the eye does not perceive a spotlight anchored to the ground but a small light floating in the garden. At night, the black structure fades into the background and the effect is clean, almost theatrical.

The opal glass diffuser distributes light softly, without harsh glare or hot spots. The color temperature of 2700 K provides a warm light that complements natural materials such as stone, wood or gravel, common in design gardens and patios. It is not a task light: it is an ambient light that defines the space without overwhelming it.

Having two different heights available is a real advantage when planning the outdoor area. On an access path, alternating both sizes breaks the monotony of a uniform row and creates a composition with greater visual depth. On a terrace or patio, a lower beacon can mark the edge of an area while the taller one marks a reference point. In a garden with vegetation, the different heights allow the light to remain visible among the plants without needing to raise it too much.

The black finish is not just an aesthetic choice: outdoors, a dark color on stainless steel handles continuous exposure well without losing presence. During the day, the stake maintains a discreet profile that does not compete with other elements in the garden. It is the type of decorative luminaire that does not draw attention when unlit, but completely changes the reading of the space when night falls.

Ground installation allows it to be placed freely, without depending on existing walls or structures. Questions and answers

Does this stake work directly with the domestic 220 V electrical mains?

No. CUCA 650 operates at 24 V DC, so it requires a power supply or transformer to convert the mains voltage before connecting it. This component is not included and must be purchased separately depending on the number of units to be installed.

Does the LED source come factory-installed or does it need to be fitted?

The COB LED light source comes included and installed. There is no need to purchase it separately or carry out any additional assembly in that regard before installation.

Can CUCA 650 be mixed with the version of a different height in the same installation?

Yes. That is precisely why the lamp is available in two heights: so they can be combined in the same garden, patio or terrace and create compositions with different planes of light without the need to use another lantern model.

If the product shows any defect upon receipt, you have 30 days to report it. In that case, write to us with a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the defect.
