Overview

This outdoor recessed wall light is designed for those looking for a discreet and durable lighting solution on the wall of their home. It is installed flush with the surface, with no protruding elements. It is a suitable option for the entrance, garage access, garden, or any outdoor area where light is needed without the fixture taking up visual space.

The integrated LED technology offers a warm light of 3000K, which is easy on the eyes and creates a calm atmosphere. The opal diffuser distributes the light softly, without areas of excessive brightness. This spotlight works with voltages between 100 and 240V, making it compatible with electrical installations in different countries.

FARO is a Spanish brand with decades of experience in indoor and outdoor lighting. Its products combine technical materials with careful design, built to last under real conditions of use.

Installation and specifications

For installation, it is recommended to have a qualified electrician. Before starting, the power supply must be cut off at the distribution board. The ABS recessed box is included in the package, which simplifies wall mounting. It is important to follow the recess dimensions indicated in the manufacturer's technical sheet. The wall light is designed to be fixed on an exterior wall.

The stainless steel and aluminum body requires no frequent maintenance. To clean the glass diffuser, simply use a soft, slightly damp cloth. Abrasive products or solvents should not be used. Periodically check that there is no accumulated moisture in the recessed box.

Design and use

This outdoor recessed wall light combines high-resistance materials with a satin stainless finish that integrates well into facades of different styles. The body is made of injected aluminum and 316L stainless steel, an alloy particularly suited for environments with exposure to humidity or marine air. It does not rust easily and maintains its appearance over time.

The tempered glass diffuser with an opal finish distributes the light from the lamp evenly across the surface. The temperature of 3000K produces a warm light that promotes calm atmospheres. This type of lighting is not harsh on the eyes and adapts well to passageways or outdoor rest areas.

The spotlight has an integrated SMD LED light source, which is already included. This means there is no need to search for or purchase an additional component to get the luminaire up and running. The maximum consumption is 1W, making it an efficient solution for those who want to keep the outdoor area illuminated without a significant impact on the electricity bill.

One of the most notable features of this wall light is its ability to withstand rolling loads of up to 1400 kg. This makes it suitable for installations on the ground at garage entrances, pathways, or areas with light vehicle traffic. The IK08 impact resistance adds an additional layer of protection against accidental physical impacts.

In terms of dimensions, the wall light measures 100 mm high, 80 mm long, and 80 mm deep. It is a compact piece that does not visually interrupt the wall or facade. It can be arranged in rows to mark a path in the garden, illuminate entrance steps, or outline the perimeter of a terrace.

The included ABS recessed box facilitates installation and ensures that the assembly is well protected inside. The wall light operates within a voltage range of 100 to 240V, making it compatible with different installations without the need for additional adapters.

In terms of use, this wall light is a valid solution for both renovation projects and new construction. In residential settings, it can be combined with other similar spotlights on the facade or patio to create a continuous lighting scheme. It also works well as supplementary lighting alongside a motion sensor or near an area with solar lighting, although these functions are not integrated.

The net weight of 0.34 kg makes it a light and easy-to-handle piece during installation. The satin stainless finish withstands outdoor exposure well and maintains a clean appearance without the need for additional treatments.
