The IP65 rating indicates that the luminaire is completely protected against dust and resists water jets from any direction. It can be used without problems in heavy rain or in very humid environments, such as gardens with automatic irrigation systems.

Does the 180-degree option affect the power or the type of LED light it emits?

It does not affect the power or the colour temperature. What changes is the beam distribution: instead of illuminating in all directions, the lighting is concentrated in a 180-degree semicircle, which allows the light to be directed towards a specific area without wasting illumination towards the opposite side.
