Design and use

The GRUND BAÑADOR is a recessed spotlight designed to work flush with the ground in outdoor settings. Its main function is to wash vertical surfaces with light, hence its name. When installed at the base of a facade or a garden wall, the light rises gently along the surface and creates a visual effect that completely changes the reading of the space at nightfall.

The body is compact, with a diameter of 80 mm and a height of 80 mm. These dimensions make it easy to integrate into curbs, paving strips, or walkways without being intrusive during the day. The satin stainless steel finish is not glossy but matte, which reduces reflections and gives it a neutral appearance that does not visually compete with the surroundings.

The transparent glass diffuser works well with the included LED module: light at 3000K has that warmth associated with relaxed atmospheres, without the coldness of neutral white. On a stone wall or a whitewashed surface, that warm tone brings out the best in the material's texture. On an exposed brick facade, the effect is especially pronounced.

The LED module comes included with the spotlight. It is not necessary to purchase any additional light source to set up the recessed fixture.

Does it work with any 24V transformer or are there restrictions?

It works with 24V DC power supplies. It is important that the transformer is compatible with that direct current voltage and has sufficient power to supply the number of spotlights to be installed on the same line.
