Is the LED light source included or does it need to be purchased separately?

Yes, the projector includes the factory-integrated COB LED light source. No additional module needs to be purchased for it to function.

Is it possible to reduce glare if the spotlight is at eye level?

Yes. The honeycomb accessory (ref. 75300H) limits the direct viewing angle of the LED and reduces glare. The visor accessory (ref. 75300V) also helps control the lateral dispersion of light.
