Overview

The FRAME wall light by FARO is a wall lamp designed for interiors where detail matters. Its steel structure in an antique gold finish and its beige shade create a combination that fits equally well in a private bedroom, a hotel room, or restoration projects with their own character. It is not a generic lamp: it has an integrated button on the base that allows you to turn it on and off without depending on the wall switch, which is especially useful on a bedside table or next to a sofa.

In addition to the ambiance it creates, the wall light includes an LED reader that adds a direct reading function. This way, a single lamp covers two different needs without taking up more space than necessary.

FARO is a brand with established experience in decorative lighting. Its catalog is aimed at those looking for products with careful design, made with quality materials and built to last.

Installation and specifications

For installation, the wall light must be fixed directly to the wall with anchors appropriate for the type of surface, whether drywall, brick, or concrete. Since this is an electric wall luminaire, it is recommended that the connection to the wiring be carried out by a qualified electrician. Before starting any work, make sure the power is switched off at the electrical panel. The E27 LED bulb is not included and must be purchased separately, respecting the maximum wattage indicated.

For maintenance, simply clean the metal structure with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents that could damage the antique gold finish. The beige shade can be carefully cleaned using a soft cloth. It is important not to handle the bulb while the lamp is on or with unprotected hands.

Design and use

The FRAME wall light has a restrained profile that does not compete with the rest of the space, but rather complements it. The steel structure gives it solidity and a finish that does not age unevenly. The antique gold tone is neither shiny nor flashy: it has that matte warmth that works well alongside materials such as wood, linen, or wicker, and that also holds up well in more sober environments.

The beige shade filters the light softly, without creating harsh contrasts. This is especially useful in a bedroom, where ambient lighting needs to be welcoming without being too intense. The built-in LED reader allows you to adjust usage depending on the moment: diffused light for ambiance, direct light for reading without disturbing whoever is sleeping beside you.

The button on the base is a functional detail that makes a difference in everyday use. There is no need to get up to turn off the main switch or look for a remote. From the bed or from the armchair, the control is within reach.

This wall light fits well in different types of styles. In an interior with modern lines, the metallic finish adds warmth without breaking the coherence of the overall look. In a more classic or vintage setting, the antique gold and beige shade reinforce that elegant and understated tone. It also works in spaces with wrought iron elements or with generally warm lighting.

Beyond the bedroom, the FRAME wall light can be used in hallways where both functional and decorative lighting are needed at the same time. In long hallways, placing several units at the same height creates an orderly visual continuity. It can also be integrated into a living room, on either side of a painting or a mirror, as a secondary light source that enhances the ambiance without replacing the main lamp.

In hospitality projects, such as hotel rooms or rest areas in businesses, the combination of restrained design and practical functionality makes it a reliable option. It does not require complex installation and its universal voltage allows it to be used without adaptations in different contexts.

The wall light weighs 1.67 kg, making it manageable during installation. Its dimensions — 320 mm in height by 190 mm in length and 280 mm in depth — allow it to occupy space on the wall without projecting too far into the interior of the room.

Overall, the FRAME is a lamp that performs its function well without needing any explanation. It is installed, switched on, and does what it needs to do, with an appearance that does not go unnoticed but does not demand attention either.
