Design and use

Do the two switches on the base control different functions?

Yes. The BERNI wall light has two independent switches on the base: one for the main lamp and one for the LED reading light. You can use them separately depending on what you need at any given moment.

Is it possible to install this wall light in a bathroom?

It depends on the exact location within the bathroom. The wall light can be installed in areas away from splashes, provided the installation complies with the applicable electrical regulations for wet spaces. If in doubt, consult an electrician before mounting the lamp.
