Installation and specifications

Before installing the wall light, make sure the wall can support the weight of the product and that the electrical connection point is in the correct position. Installation must be carried out by an electrician or a person with basic electrical knowledge. Always cut the power at the distribution board before starting any work. The wall light is fixed directly to the wall using anchors appropriate for the type of surface, whether plasterboard, brick or concrete.

To clean the steel structure, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the satin nickel finish. The fabric shade is cleaned with a dry cloth or a soft brush, without water. Do not touch the bulb directly with your hands when replacing it, and always wait for it to cool down before handling it.

Design and use

The BERNI wall light has a steel structure with a satin nickel finish. This finish is neither shiny nor completely matte, which allows it to fit into modern interiors without imposing its presence. The fabric shade is the main element of the lamp: it filters the light and distributes it evenly around the installation point, creating an atmosphere without harshness.

The lamp features a switch at the base, which is especially practical when there is no accessible wall switch nearby. There is no need to get up or look for the socket: the control is integrated into the wall light itself. This makes it a useful option for reading areas, bedside tables or hallways where manual switching on and off is common.

In the bedroom, this wall light can replace a table lamp, freeing up space on the surface of the bedside table. The light it produces is soft, ideal for moments of rest or reading before sleep. Questions and answers

Does the wall light include the E27 LED bulb or does it need to be purchased separately?

The bulb is not included. The wall light is compatible with E27 LED screw cap bulbs, with a maximum power of 15 W. It must be purchased separately before installation.

Does the integrated switch at the base replace the wall switch, or can both operate at the same time?

The switch at the base controls the wall light directly. If it is connected to a circuit with a wall switch, both must be in the on position for the lamp to work. The base switch allows you to turn it off and on without touching the wall switch.

How far does the wall light protrude from the wall and how much space does it take up in depth?

The wall light has a depth of 290 mm, meaning it protrudes almost 30 cm from the wall. This should be taken into account in narrow hallways or passageways to avoid placing it in an uncomfortable position.
