Design and use

The STAN wall light has a compact profile that does not interfere with the rest of the space. At 125 mm high and 60 mm deep, it installs close to the wall and does not protrude excessively. This reduced volume makes it useful in narrow hallways, in bathrooms where the space between the wall and other elements is limited, or in bedrooms where it is preferable not to lose space on the bedside table.

The body is made of aluminium with ABS parts. The aluminium provides solidity without adding unnecessary weight, while the ABS allows details to be shaped that would be more complex to produce in metal. The whole piece is finished in satin gold, a finish that does not have the aggressive shine of polished gold, but rather a more restrained tone that integrates well with white, grey, or earth-toned surfaces.

The STAN wall light is a surface-mounted interior luminaire. It can be installed in the bathroom as long as it is placed in an area away from the shower or bathtub, in compliance with the electrical safety regulations applicable to wet areas.

Can the aluminium body of the wall light deteriorate over time indoors?

Aluminium is a material resistant to corrosion under normal indoor conditions. The satin gold finish protects the outer surface. With basic maintenance — cleaning with a dry cloth — the wall light retains its appearance for years.
