Overview

LUNE is a wall light designed for those looking for a clean, hassle-free lighting solution. It mounts directly on the wall and works well in different areas of the home: bedroom, living room, hallway or bathroom. The ribbed finish in grey gives it its own character without being eye-catching, and it fits easily into contemporary or neutral interiors.

The lamp works with a GU10 LED bulb, which is not included, but is easy to find in any store. It consumes up to 8 W, making it an efficient wall light for everyday use. Its compact body — 155 mm high and 65 mm deep — takes up no unnecessary space and does not visually overload the wall.

FARO is a Spanish brand with decades of experience in interior and exterior luminaires. Their products combine functionality with careful design, intended to adapt to different types of homes without losing aesthetic coherence.

Installation and specifications

To install this wall light, it is recommended to have a recessed power outlet in the wall or wiring prepared for a surface-mounted luminaire. The wall light is fixed directly to the wall with the corresponding anchors. Before making any connection, make sure to cut the power supply at the distribution board. If you do not have experience with electrical installations, it is advisable to use a qualified electrician.

The aluminium and steel body requires no special maintenance. To clean the surface, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the grey finish. Do not touch the bulb with unprotected hands when it is hot or just switched off.

Design and use

The LUNE wall light has a simple, straightforward construction. The body is made of aluminium and steel, two materials that combine lightness with stability. Weighing just 0.27 kg, it places no load on the wall, making installation easy even on surfaces that cannot support heavy anchors. The ribbed finish in grey adds visual texture without adding bulk, something particularly appreciated in smaller spaces.

As a wall lamp, LUNE performs well in rooms where directed or supplementary light is needed. In the bedroom it can be placed on either side of the bed as an alternative to bedside lamps, freeing up surface space and giving the overall look a tidier appearance. In the living room it acts as a secondary light source that complements the general lighting, adding depth to the atmosphere without competing with the other decorative elements.

In the kitchen, a wall light of this type can be installed above worktops or work areas where overhead light does not reach with sufficient intensity. Compatibility with a GU10 LED bulb allows you to choose the colour temperature according to use: warmer light for relaxed atmospheres, cooler light for functional spaces such as the kitchen or bathroom.

In the bathroom, LUNE offers a compact alternative to recessed spotlights. Its discreet profile adapts to tiled or painted walls without breaking visual continuity. For bathrooms with specific electrical regulations, it is advisable to verify that the installation area is compatible with the protection rating of the wall light.

Hallways are another environment where this lamp performs well. The low height of this wall light — 155 mm — allows it to be installed on walls where vertical space is limited. Distributed at several points along a hallway, it generates continuous, balanced lighting without the need to rely on the ceiling.

The ribbed grey finish is a common thread between different styles. It works with interiors of modern lines, but also with more neutral or mixed environments where different materials coexist. It does not impose a specific style: it adapts to the surroundings rather than dominating them. This makes it useful both in a renovated living room with designer furniture and in a more classic room that simply needs a functional lamp on the wall.

Compatibility with universal voltage — between 100 V and 240 V — broadens its range of use without restrictions based on the type of electrical installation.
