Overview

The FARO table lamp is an option designed for those looking for a calm, well-distributed light source in the bedroom, living room, or any corner where time is spent. It works well on a bedside table, on a desk, or on a dining room shelf. The light that passes through the polycarbonate diffuser creates a warm atmosphere, without harsh contrasts or shadowed areas.

The base combines aluminum and beech wood with a matte white finish. This contrast between materials gives it presence without overloading the space. The opaline diffuser filters the light softly, which is comfortable both for reading and for creating a relaxed atmosphere at the end of the day.

FARO is a brand with years of experience in interior lighting. Their products follow a clear criterion: quality materials, functional design, and finishes that hold up well over time.

Installation and specifications

No fixed installation is required to set up this lamp. Being a table lamp, simply place it on the chosen surface, connect it to the power supply, and fit an E27 LED bulb, which is not included and must be purchased separately. It is advisable to use a bulb of up to 15 W so as not to exceed the recommended maximum wattage. The cable should be laid with slack, without pressure or bends, and kept away from heat sources or areas where it could be stepped on.

To clean the structure, a soft, slightly damp cloth can be used. The beech wood part should not be excessively wetted or exposed to prolonged moisture. The polycarbonate diffuser is cleaned with a dry or very slightly damp cloth, avoiding abrasive products that could scratch the surface. It is not recommended to leave the lamp on unsupervised for extended periods.

Design and use

The lamp has a balanced presence. It is neither large nor small: at 300 mm tall and 185 mm in diameter, it fits comfortably on a bedside table without taking up more space than necessary. It also works on a desk, where the diffused light is comfortable for working without tiring the eyes. In the dining room, placed on a sideboard or side shelf, it adds a complementary light source that softens the atmosphere.

The aluminum body gives it stability and durability. The beech wood adds visual warmth, that contrast between a cold material and an organic one that makes the lamp integrate well in spaces with natural elements. The matte white finish unifies both materials without creating excessive contrast. In a living room with neutral tones, it becomes part of the whole without drawing unnecessary attention. In a space with bolder colors, it works as a calming element.

The opaline polycarbonate diffuser serves a specific purpose: it distributes light evenly, without visible bright spots or marked shadow areas. The light it produces is warm, making it suitable for the time of night when one wants to unwind. Placed on the bedroom bedside table, that enveloping light accompanies bedtime reading well without being intense.

Nahtrang's design follows a clear principle: simple structure, materials with character, and proportions that work in different contexts. It is not a ceramic lamp, nor a gold one with elaborate details. It is a piece that fulfills its function well and, at the same time, has an honest visual presence.

In terms of compatibility with the surroundings, it pairs well with light wood furniture, white or sand-toned walls, and also with spaces where natural textiles predominate. If the bedroom has a wooden bedside table and soft tones, this lamp fits in naturally. On a work desk with white finishes, the beech wood adds an organic counterpoint that prevents the space from feeling too cold.

For those updating their lighting to LED solutions, this lamp accepts low-consumption E27 bulbs, allowing you to choose the color temperature and intensity level that best suits the intended use. A warm LED bulb of 8 or 10 W is sufficient to illuminate the nearby area well without generating heat or excessive consumption.

Questions and answers

Does the lamp require a specific type of E27 bulb, or will any standard E27 model work?

Any standard E27 LED bulb with a maximum wattage of 15 W will work. It is not included in the package, so it must be purchased separately. A warm light bulb is recommended to make the most of the opaline diffuser effect.

Does the beech wood part have any surface treatment to protect it from daily use?

The beech wood is part of the decorative structure of the lamp. To keep it in good condition, simply clean it with a dry or slightly damp cloth and avoid prolonged contact with water or aggressive cleaning products.

Is the polycarbonate diffuser fixed, or can it be removed for cleaning or replacement?

The diffuser is part of the lamp's structure. To clean it, a soft cloth can be used from the outside, without needing to disassemble it. It is not designed to be removed during regular use.
