Design and use

The GABO wall light was born from FARO's in-house design studio, Faro Lab, with a clear proposal: to create a reading lamp that is discreet in size but precise in function. The body shape is resolved with a frame that surrounds the reader and a central cradle-shaped frieze that holds it in place. This constructive detail is not merely aesthetic: it serves as a guide and protective function for the LED module, while also giving visual character to the whole.

The body combines steel and aluminium, two materials that ensure solidity without adding unnecessary weight. Weighing less than half a kilogram, this lamp does not require complex anchoring and is comfortable to handle during assembly. The bronze finish provides a visual warmth that fits well with classic or contemporary interiors, with wood, earth tones, or similar metallic finishes.

The integrated LED technology emits light at 2700K, a warm temperature that does not strain the eyes and is suitable for relaxed reading.
