Installation and specifications

As it is a frameless recessed ceiling luminaire, the cut in the ceiling must be precise so that the fit is clean. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a qualified electrician, since the connection requires access to the junction box and work with mains wiring at 220V-240V. Before beginning any work, disconnect the electrical supply from the main panel.

For maintenance, clean the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could affect the PC diffuser. Do not touch the LED source when the lamp has been on for some time, as it may reach high temperatures. If you need to replace the light source, please note that it is not included in the package.

Yes, it can be installed in plasterboard or plaster ceilings, provided the cut has the correct dimensions and there is access to the wiring from above. For solid plaster ceilings, an access recess must be planned. It is recommended to consult an electrician before installation.

Can the opal PC diffuser yellow over time or due to the heat generated by the LED?

Opal polycarbonate is a resistant and stable material, but like any plastic material it may undergo changes if exposed to very high temperatures on a continuous basis. Using an LED source within the indicated power limits (maximum 60W) helps to keep the diffuser in good condition in the long term.

Does the 935 mm length refer to the cutout required in the ceiling or to the total dimension of the lamp?

That measurement corresponds to the total dimension of the luminaire. The cutout required in the ceiling will be slightly smaller. Please refer to the installation instructions included with the product for the exact cutout dimensions.
