Installation and specifications

For installation, an electrical box in the ceiling capable of supporting the weight of the lamp is required. The fixing is carried out using the included multi-canopy, which is anchored directly to the ceiling. It is recommended that installation be carried out by a qualified electrician, especially if there is no prior experience with pendant luminaires. Before connecting, make sure the electrical supply is switched off. The lamp is compatible with voltages between 100V and 240V, making it suitable for use in different countries without an adapter.

For maintenance, simply clean the metal shade with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could affect the finish. The matte black structure may show grease marks over time, especially in kitchens, so it should be cleaned regularly. Do not wet the electrical components or the lamp holder. Replace the bulb only when the installation is disconnected from the power supply.

Design and use

The KOMBO lamp in its terracotta version starts from a clear idea: an oval cylindrical shape that needs no ornamentation to have presence. The shade is made of metal and its terracotta colour adds warmth without being too intense. This tone works particularly well in interiors with natural materials, textured surfaces, or neutral colour palettes with warm accents.

The upper structure of the pendant lamp is finished in matte black, giving it a subtle contrast with the shade. Is the oval shade of this lamp made of solid metal or does it have some kind of opening?

The oval cylindrical shade is made of solid metal. It has no side openings, so the light is directed primarily downwards, concentrating on the area beneath the ceiling lamp.

Is it possible to use this lamp with a bulb other than LED?

The lamp accepts any bulb with an E27 cap that does not exceed the maximum power of 15W. The use of LED is the most recommended option for efficiency, but technically the lamp holder accepts other types compatible with that cap.
