Installation and specifications

To install this pendant lamp on the ceiling, it is advisable to have a junction box already installed and direct access to the ceiling's electrical wiring. The multiple canopy with 7 lights requires a stable anchoring surface. If you have any doubts about the ceiling's load-bearing capacity or the type of fixing required, consult an electrician before proceeding. The supported voltage ranges from 100V to 240V, making it compatible with standard electrical installations.

The ceramic shade is cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents. Being handmade ceramic, it may show small variations in the finish that are part of the manufacturing process. The gloss black steel body may accumulate fingerprints — a soft cloth is sufficient to keep it clean. Always disconnect the lamp from the power supply before cleaning it or changing the bulb.

Design and use

The oval shade of VENICE 200 is made of ceramic and handcrafted in Barcelona. This is evident in the details: the finishes are not perfectly uniform, and that irregularity is part of what makes each lamp different. The gloss black of the steel body contrasts well with the shade, without either element dominating the other.

The oval shape is one of the most recognizable features of this pendant lamp. It is neither round nor rectangular — it has a proportion that adapts well to spaces of different dimensions. In a dining room with an elongated table, the 7-light version distributes light in a way that covers the surface well without creating uncomfortable shadows. In a kitchen with a central island, the same lamp works as a focal point without being excessive.

In a living room, VENICE 200 can coexist with furniture of different styles. Above a linen sofa, next to a wooden bookcase or in front of an exposed concrete wall, the lamp does not look out of place. Its design is neither strictly modern nor vintage — it sits at a midpoint that gives it versatility.

VENICE 200 is available in several finishes: cobalt blue, pink, white and striped, in addition to black. This allows you to choose the version that best integrates with the surroundings without having to adapt the rest of the space to the lamp.

Questions and answers

Can the ceramic shade show differences between units of the same color?

Yes. Being handmade in a Barcelona workshop, each shade may have small variations in finish, tone or texture. These are not defects — they are part of the artisan process and make each piece unique.

Does the multiple canopy with 7 lights include the E27 bulbs?

No. The light source is not included. You will need to purchase separately up to 7 bulbs with an E27 cap, preferably LED, with a maximum power of 15W per unit.

Is the gloss black steel body resistant to marks and fingerprints?

The gloss black finish may show fingerprints more easily than a matte finish. It is easily cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. It does not require special products or frequent maintenance.

If the product arrives with any manufacturing defect, you have 30 days from receipt to report it. In that case, write to us with a description of the problem and photos of the item's condition.
