Design and use

The TUPAI shade is made of rattan, a natural material with a texture that no plastic or glass can replicate. Yes. The total height of the assembly is 2290 mm, but the suspension cable can be shortened during installation to adapt to the available height. It is advisable to leave sufficient clearance between the shade and the floor, especially in areas with foot traffic.

Is the E27 socket compatible with standard LED bulbs available on the market?

Yes. The E27 socket is one of the most common in Europe and accepts standard LED bulbs of that type. The indicated maximum power is 15 W, so this limit must be respected when choosing the bulb.

Is the rattan shade fragile or does it deteriorate with use?

Rattan is a durable material if handled with care. It should not be exposed to prolonged moisture or direct impacts. For cleaning, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient, without chemical products.
