Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. The wiring must be switched off and disconnected from the mains before any intervention. Compatible with voltages between 100V and 240V, so no adapter is required in most domestic installations. The E27 LED bulb is not included and must be purchased separately.

To keep the rattan shade in good condition, simply use a dry cloth or a soft brush to remove accumulated dust. The use of wet products or spray cleaning directly on the shade is not recommended. The black steel body can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and dried immediately. Avoid prolonged exposure to high humidity, such as that generated in a bathroom without ventilation. Design and use

The SUMBA collection starts from a simple idea: that rattan can be the main material of a lamp without the result looking improvised. The oval shade, constructed in rattan, has a diameter of 560 mm and a considerable presence. When light passes through it, it projects textured shadows on nearby walls, something that no glass or crystal diffuser can achieve in the same way.

The oval shape of the shade is one of the most recognisable features of this lamp. In a dining room, suspended above the table, it creates a warm and well-defined pool of light. The indicated total height of 2360 mm includes the suspension cable at its maximum length. In most cases it is possible to adjust that length during installation. It is recommended that this be done by an electrician so as not to compromise the safety of the wiring.

Is the oval rattan shade treated to withstand environments with some humidity, such as a bathroom?

Rattan is a natural material and is not treated for prolonged humid environments. The lamp can be installed in a well-ventilated bathroom, but it is not recommended in spaces where humidity is constant or steam accumulates frequently.
