Overview

The FARO three-light pendant lamp is a solid option for those looking for functional lighting with a clean visual profile. Made with an aluminum structure in a matte white finish and an opal polycarbonate diffuser, this ceiling luminaire produces warm, diffused light that spreads evenly throughout the space. There are no excessive bright spots or dark areas — just a calm and balanced atmosphere.

What makes it different is its hook system, which allows it to be placed exactly where needed, without depending on a fixed position on the ceiling. This makes it a practical solution for both residential projects and businesses, restaurants, or premises undergoing renovation.

FARO is a design brand with years of experience in interior lighting. Their products combine careful construction with an aesthetic approach that adapts to different environments without forcing a particular style.

Installation and specifications

Before installing this ceiling lamp, make sure the anchor point on the ceiling is secure and can support the total weight of the luminaire. Since it is a pendant with a cable up to 3000 mm in length, it is advisable to plan the final height at which it will be suspended before mounting. Installation must be carried out by a qualified electrician. Make sure to cut the power before handling any connections. The lamp is compatible with voltages between 100V and 240V, making it easy to use in different countries.

To clean the aluminum body, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. The polycarbonate diffuser may accumulate dust over time — wiping it with a soft cloth will prevent the light from losing uniformity. Do not use abrasive products or solvents on any part of the luminaire. Avoid installing it in areas with high humidity, as it is not designed for that environment.

Design and use

This oval-shaped pendant lamp is designed for spaces where light plays a central role. The aluminum structure gives it consistency without adding visual weight, and the opal polycarbonate diffuser transforms each light source into a soft, enveloping emission. The result is lighting that does not tire the eye, that accompanies without imposing itself.

The oval shape of the luminaire works well over elongated surfaces: a dining table, a kitchen island, or a counter. In a dining room, it creates the right atmosphere for food and conversation to take center stage. In a well-lit kitchen, it provides enough light to work comfortably without the lamp visually dominating the space.

The matte white finish of the body integrates easily into Nordic, modern, or minimalist interiors. It does not draw attention to itself, but clearly defines the space. In a living room with high ceilings, the long cable allows the height to be adjusted and the light to be placed exactly where it is needed. In a bedroom, it can serve as the main lighting point when a neat and clean result is desired.

The hook system included with this pendant lamp is a practical detail. It does not require a fixed position and allows repositioning if the space changes. This is especially useful in businesses or premises undergoing renovation, where the layout of furniture may vary. In a restaurant or a shop, three well-placed lights create a warm atmosphere that enhances the customer experience without the need for complex installation.

The luminaire is compatible with E27 LED bulbs, which allows consumption to be controlled and the color temperature to be chosen according to the desired ambiance. A warm LED bulb will accentuate the cozy atmosphere offered by the opal diffuser. A more neutral option will work for work environments or commercial spaces where greater visual clarity is needed.

Although the lamp has three lights, its volume is manageable. The total diameter of 185 mm makes it suitable even for spaces that are not very large. In a medium-sized room, it does not visually overwhelm. In a larger room, it can be combined with other complementary light sources to achieve balanced lighting. In a well-proportioned hallway it can also work if a light point with its own character is desired.

Nahtrang's design for FARO favors clean lines and materials that age well. The aluminum does not deform, the polycarbonate withstands prolonged use, and the matte white finish does not wear easily. It is a lamp that can remain in the same place for years without looking out of place.

Questions and answers

Is the 3000 mm cable adjustable to set the hanging height of the lamp?

Yes, the cable can be gathered during installation to adapt the height at which the lamp will be suspended. It is advisable to decide on the final height before securing the pendant to the ceiling.

Does the lamp include the E27 LED bulbs needed for operation?

No. Bulbs are not included. The lamp is compatible with E27 LED base bulbs with a maximum power of 15W per light point.

Does the hook accessory allow the lamp to be installed at any point on the ceiling without construction work?

The hook allows some flexibility in placement, but a secure anchor point on the ceiling is still required. No additional construction work is needed if a suitable installation point already exists.
