As it is a frameless recessed luminaire, it requires an opening in the ceiling with sufficient depth to house the module. The body dimensions are 34 mm in length and 30 mm in depth, so the space available behind the cladding must allow for that minimum measurement plus the necessary wiring.

Can the PC opal diffuser yellow over time due to the heat of the LED?

The PC material is thermally stable within the usual working ranges of an SMD LED module. Unlike other plastics, it does not tend to yellow with normal use. Even so, it is important to use a light source compatible with the indicated maximum power of 60W so as not to exceed the limits of the diffuser.

Is the temperature of 2200K suitable for work or study spaces?

The temperature of 2200K produces a very warm light, similar to that of a candle or a traditional filament bulb. It is more suitable for rest environments or social spaces such as the living room or bedroom. For work or intensive reading areas, it is recommended to combine it with other light sources of a higher temperature.
