Installation and specifications

Before placing the lamp, choose a location where the cable can comfortably reach an outlet without tension. Being a floor lamp, it requires no fixed installation or intervention in the ceiling or wall. Make sure the base sits stable on the surface and that the cable does not cross walkways where it could pose a risk. The E27 LED bulb is not included, so you will need to purchase it separately. Use one of up to 15W to not exceed the maximum indicated power.

To clean the steel body, a dry or slightly damp cloth is sufficient. The textile diffuser can be gently shaken to remove accumulated dust. Avoid abrasive products or solvents on any part of the lamp. Design and use

The WINDSOR lamp stands out for the proportion of its shades. They are large, made of grey fabric, and that breadth is what defines its character. When switched on, the light is not projected in a specific direction but expands sideways and downwards gradually. This creates in the room an atmosphere different from that of a direct spotlight lamp: calmer, more enveloping.

The body is made of steel with a matte black finish. It is a material that withstands everyday use well and, at the same time, has a clean and unadorned appearance. The matte black does not reflect light or draw attention to itself, which means the eye goes directly to the grey shades. In that contrast between the dark body and the light diffuser lies part of the visual character of this floor lamp.

Does the WINDSOR lamp require any type of anchoring to the floor or wall to remain stable?

No. It rests directly on the floor via its own base. It requires no additional fixing or any type of work. Simply place it in the chosen location and plug it into a standard outlet.

What type of bulb is compatible with this floor lamp and what is the maximum permitted power?

It uses an E27 socket, which is one of the most common on the market. The maximum power is 15W. The bulb is not included with the lamp and must be purchased separately.

Can the grey textile diffuser of the shade deteriorate from the light or heat of the bulb?

Using an LED bulb of up to 15W, the heat generated is minimal. LED bulbs do not produce the heat that incandescent bulbs generated, so the fabric is not exposed to temperatures that could damage it under normal use.
