Installation and specifications

Electrical connection work must be carried out by a qualified electrician.

To keep the lamp in good condition, clean the diffuser and body with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not use abrasive products or solvents. Since the LED source is included and forms part of the unit, do not attempt to handle the light module if you do not have the necessary training. Always disconnect the power before any cleaning or inspection operation.

Design and use

The TENDER LED ceiling light has a square shape measuring 450 mm per side and a low profile of 82 mm in depth. These dimensions make it suitable for walls where there is not much free space between the light point and the ceiling, or where a pendant lamp would be inconvenient. The body combines steel and wood, two materials that work well together both structurally and visually. The SMD LED module is factory-integrated into the lamp and comes included from first use. It is not designed to be replaced by the user. If any problem arises with the light source, the most appropriate course of action is to contact customer service.

Can the wooden body of the ceiling light be affected by humidity in bathrooms or kitchens?

The combination of steel and wood is intended for indoor use under normal conditions. In a kitchen it can be installed without issue, but in bathrooms with high humidity or frequent steam it is not the most recommended option, as the product does not have moisture resistance certification.

Can the TENDER LED ceiling light also be installed on the ceiling instead of the wall?

The mounting specified by the manufacturer is on the wall. Although physically the shape of the ceiling light might appear compatible with the ceiling, FARO specifies this product for wall mounting, so installing it on the ceiling could compromise the safety of the anchor and would fall outside the warranty conditions.
