Is the opaline diffuser made of glass or another material?

The diffuser is made of PMMA, a type of durable and lightweight technical plastic. It is not glass. This reduces the risk of breakage during installation and makes subsequent cleaning easier.

Can this lamp also be installed on the ceiling in addition to the wall?

According to the product specifications, the indicated mounting is on the wall. If you have doubts about an alternative installation, consult a professional before proceeding.
