To clean the ceramic shade, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could affect the finish. The satin black steel body can be cleaned with a soft cloth. Design and use

The VENICE lamp rests directly on the floor and requires no wall or ceiling anchoring of any kind. This makes it a flexible option: it can be moved from room to room effortlessly. Does the arm of the VENICE lamp allow you to fix the position, or does it return to its place when released?

The arm is rotating and holds the position it is given. It does not return to its place on its own, which allows you to direct the light precisely and leave it fixed at the desired angle.

Does the ceramic shade come attached from the factory, or does it need to be assembled when installing the lamp?

The shade arrives already mounted on the arm. No additional assembly is required. Once unpacked, the lamp is ready to plug in and use.

Is it possible to use a standard E27 bulb with a higher wattage than indicated?

It is not recommended to exceed the 15 W indicated in the specifications. Using a higher-wattage bulb can affect the lamp's performance and the ceramic shade. It is always advised to use an E27 LED light source within the indicated range.

If upon receiving the lamp you notice any manufacturing defect or damage caused during transport, you have 30 days to report it. In that case, write to us with a description of the problem and, if possible, photographs of the product's condition.
