Installation and specifications

To install this wall light, you need a prepared power outlet or wiring recessed at the point where the luminaire will be placed. Before starting any electrical work, disconnect the supply at the distribution board. The wall light is fixed directly to the wall using the appropriate anchors. If you have no experience with electrical installations, it is recommended that the installation be carried out by an electrician. Please note that the G9 LED bulb is not included and must be purchased separately before using the lamp.

To clean the steel body, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that could damage the black finish. The glass diffuser can be cleaned with a soft cloth; remove it carefully if the model allows. Do not touch the bulb with bare hands when replacing it. Always disconnect the power before performing any maintenance.

Design and use

The PERLA lamp was born from a simple idea: that light in the bathroom does not have to be purely functional. The wall light has a compact spherical silhouette, with a diameter of 115 mm and a depth of 155 mm. It does not take up excessive space, yet has enough presence to change the atmosphere of the wall where it is installed.

The body is constructed in steel with a matte black finish. This material provides solidity and keeps the luminaire firmly in place on the wall without movement or vibration. Black is a color that holds up well over time in a bathroom: it does not show water or steam in the same way as white or silver finishes, and it works with a wide color palette.

The opaline glass diffuser is the element that defines the character of this lamp. Its rounded shape, reminiscent of a bubble, softens the bulb's light and distributes it evenly. This is especially important in bathrooms, where direct, harsh lighting can be uncomfortable. With the opaline glass, the light arrives diffused and without annoying glare, which is more pleasant both for daily grooming and for other moments of bathroom use.

The ideal position for this wall light is next to the mirror, either one on each side or one centered at the top. Placed this way, it illuminates the face more evenly than a ceiling spotlight, without casting downward shadows that make it difficult to see clearly. In en-suite bathrooms, this arrangement also creates a warmer, less clinical atmosphere.

Does the opaline glass diffuser affect the amount of light emitted by the wall light?

The opaline glass softens and diffuses the light, which reduces the harshness of the direct beam. The resulting illumination is uniform and pleasant, particularly well suited for mirror areas in bathrooms, although somewhat more diffused than with a transparent diffuser.

Can this wall light be installed at any point on the bathroom wall?

It can be placed wherever there is prepared electrical wiring in the wall. To install it next to the mirror or at another specific point, the electrician must route the wiring to that position before mounting.
