Design and use

The Luang collection was born from observing how Southeast Asian craftsmen work with natural materials. From flat elements such as papyrus and plant fibers, they create pieces with volume, texture, and a visual presence that cannot be achieved with industrial materials. That logic is at the heart of this lamp: the shade has no metal structure or rigid support. It is only papyrus, folded and shaped until achieving a silhouette that appears light but has its own body.

The beige color of the shade is not neutral in the empty sense of the word. It has a specific warmth that, when the LED light passes through the material, translates into a soft and uniform glow. There are no hot spots or marked shadows. The light is distributed to the sides and upward, which makes the lamp work well both as a main light source in a small space and in combination with other lighting in a living room or dining room.

What type of E27 LED bulb is most suitable for this table lamp?

The maximum admitted power is 15 W. A warm-toned E27 LED bulb is recommended to make the most of the effect of the beige papyrus. The bulb is not included and must be purchased separately.

Can the black steel body get stained or deteriorate with normal use?

The black-finished steel is resistant to everyday use. To keep it in good condition, simply clean it with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Abrasive products or solvents that could affect the finish are not recommended.
