Installation and specifications

To install this pendant lamp on the ceiling, make sure the anchor point is secure and can support the weight of the assembly. Installation requires connection to the electrical mains, so it is recommended to hire an electrician if you have no previous experience. Before handling the wiring, always disconnect the power at the electrical panel. The lamp accepts voltages between 100 V and 240 V, making it compatible with the standard electrical installation in Spain and in most countries.

The ceramic shade is cleaned with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid abrasive products or solvents that may damage the finish. Do not wet the inside of the lamp or the connection area. To change the bulb, wait until the lamp has been switched off for at least 10 minutes and make sure to use an E27 LED bulb with a maximum power of 15 W.

Design and use

The VENICE shade is made of ceramic and handcrafted in Barcelona. That shows in the result: no two pieces are exactly alike, and that slight variation is part of the value of the object. The glossy blue finish gives it a clear visual presence without feeling overdone. The metal body in steel with a black finish contrasts well with the ceramic and adds solidity to the assembly.

Questions and answers

Does this pendant lamp include an E27 LED bulb in the box?

No. The lamp does not include a bulb. You need to purchase separately an E27 LED bulb with a maximum power of 15 W.

Is the ceramic shade the same in all units or can there be variations?

As it is handmade in a workshop in Barcelona, small differences may exist between one piece and another. These variations are inherent to the artisanal process and are part of the character of the product.

Can this version of VENICE with a multiple canopy of 5 lights be installed on low ceilings?

It depends on the installation height and the space. The pendant lamp needs a reasonable clearance between the shade and head level. It is recommended to adjust the cable length during assembly to adapt it to the conditions of each room.
