Design and use

The TATAWIN LINEAL M is a pendant ceiling lamp with a linear satin black steel structure. Along this structure, several oval white opal glass shades are distributed, diffusing light softly, without intense bright spots or harsh shadows. The result is uniform illumination that spreads over the area below.

The oval shape of the shades is the most recognizable feature of this lamp. Adolfo Abejón took as his reference the architecture of the traditional dwellings of Tataouine, where rounded volumes and organic geometry define the urban landscape. That same sense of soft, well-proportioned volume is what the glass shades convey in this modern luminaire.

White opal glass has a particular quality: it absorbs light and redistributes it in a diffuse manner. This makes the lamp pleasant to look at even when it is lit directly. In a bedroom or living space, that type of light creates an atmosphere free of visual tension. In the dining room, it allows the table to be seen clearly without the light source being bothersome to those seated.

The elongated 1050 mm structure fits well above rectangular tables, kitchen islands, or long countertops. The shades are made of opal glass, a denser material than common glass. They are designed for regular domestic use. Direct impacts during cleaning should be avoided, but under normal conditions they hold up well over time.

Does the lamp include LED bulbs or do they need to be purchased separately?

The bulbs are not included. The lamp uses an E27 socket and accepts LED bulbs of up to 15 W. The compatible voltage range is 100V to 240V, making it easy to find suitable options in any lighting store.

Is it possible to adjust the height of the pendant lamp after it has been installed?

The cable has a total length of 2000 mm, which allows the height to be adjusted during installation. Once fixed to the ceiling, adjustment depends on the cable management system available. It is recommended to define the desired height before making the final anchor.
