Installation and specifications

Before installing the pendant lamp, check that the anchor point on the ceiling has sufficient capacity to support the total weight of the assembly. Since this is a multiple five-light ceiling rose, it is recommended that installation be carried out by a person with basic electrical knowledge or a professional installer. Make sure the power supply is cut off before any intervention in the wiring. The total height of 1740 mm includes the suspension cable, so it is advisable to adjust the length according to the free height of the ceiling before finally fixing the lamp to the ceiling.

To keep the lamp in good condition, simply clean the surface with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid the use of abrasive products or solvents that may affect the matte black steel finish. Do not handle the bulbs or wiring while the lamp is on or connected to the electrical mains.

Design and use

The RETRO 5L collection takes the aesthetics of the nineteen sixties as its starting point and translates them into a format that fits current interiors. The pendant lamp has a body made of steel with a matte black finish, a material that provides solidity and resistance without adding excessive visual weight. The copper details complement that dark tone with a warm contrast reminiscent of objects from that era.

The five-light version works as a centrepiece in rooms used daily. In the living room, for example, it acts as a structural element of the space: it is placed above the seating area and visually defines the zone without the need for other spotlights. In the dining room it occupies its rightful place above the table, distributing light so that objects and people are well lit. It is also an option to consider in generously sized bedrooms, where a pendant lamp of this type can replace several table lamps.

Compatibility with E14 cap LED light sources allows the colour temperature to be adapted according to the desired ambience. Although the light source is not included, any standard LED bulb with that cap is suitable, and there is a wide variety available on the market. With a maximum power of 8 W per light point, the total consumption of the assembly is reasonable for a five-light ceiling rose.

From a design perspective, this lamp finds its natural place in interiors that blend references from different eras. It combines well with dark wood furniture, metallic surfaces, and spaces where black or earth tones take centre stage. In a kitchen with matte fronts, for example, the black finish of the lamp body integrates naturally. In a room with light-coloured walls, the contrast is deliberate and ordered.

In masonry ceilings or those with a timber structure, a suitable wall plug and screw are sufficient. In plasterboard or similar ceilings, it may be necessary to locate a more solid support point.

Does the 5-light multiple ceiling rose allow the height of each light point to be adjusted independently?

No, the assembly works as a single piece. The height is adjusted on the general suspension cable or rod, not independently on each of the five arms.

Is the lamp compatible with LED bulbs from any brand or only with a specific type?

The lamp accepts any LED bulb with an E14 cap and a maximum power of 8 W per light point. It is not limited to any specific brand.

Can the matte black steel finish be affected by humidity in spaces such as the bathroom or kitchen?

This luminaire is designed for general interior use. In spaces with high humidity such as the bathroom, it is advisable to check that the installation area is sufficiently ventilated, as the product does not indicate any specific IP rating for damp environments.
